Deadline for Permission Slips for the NYC Trip is Extended to Nov. 5th!

Just a reminder that the deadline for turning in the permission form for the PAAS New York City Trip  is now November 5th.  Forms can be turned in at Ms. Sandy Harrington’s classroom on Monday or turned in directly to Paul Haley as noted on the permission form.  Please note that the payment must accompany the form!

We have set up this link so that you can pay via PayPal if you have a PayPal account, but there is a $2.10 per person convenience charge.  If you are paying via PayPal, please include $62.10 per person (e.g. $124.20 for 2 people, $186.60 for 3 people, etc.) and note the total amount in the space that says donation. [Please note:  Permission forms can be downloaded, completed/signed, scanned, & submitted via e-mail  to the address noted on the form if you choose to pay via PayPal, however they must be received by Monday, Nov 5th also.]

Each year we sponsor events and programs to help support and encourage our students and the greater Mt. Hebron community.
